This year’s Premium Valentine’s Dinner features a five-course dining experience by Fire 4 Hire, with complimentary Guglielmo wines poured throughout the evening — no additional purchases required.

Guests will also enjoy live harp music by Pamela.

Please also indicate if you would like to be seated with another couple attending, as seating is assigned. 

Menu:

Amuse-Bouche- Grilled Oyster: (freshly shucked oyster chargrilled and topped with chorizo butter)

OR Truffled Wild Mushroom Arancini (white truffle aoli) (v)

First Course – Appetizer Lobster Bisque (rich and velvety lobster bisque finished with creamy mascarpone and micro herbs)

OR Roasted Butternut Squash & Carrot Bisque (mascarpone crema, brown butter sage oil and micro herbs) (v)

Second Course – Salad Valentine Greens (baby mixed greens, strawberries, candied pecans, and goat cheese with balsamic glaze)

Third Course – Entrée - Filet Mignon au Truffe (prime filet mignon topped with black truffle demi-glace, served with garlic butter whipped potatoes and roasted asparagus)

OR Pan-Seared Sea Bass (lemon beurre blanc and rice pilaf and roasted asparagus)

OR Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni in a Vodka Cream Sauce (v)

Final Course – Dessert: Chocolate Fondant (warm molten dark chocolate cake with raspberry coulis, edible gold, and vanilla bean ice cream)
