PR Pinot Noir 2022

Lively layers of raspberry, strawberry, and cherry burst onto the palate with subtle oak and supple tannins to support this elegant, light bodied Pinot Noir. A slight earthy finish lingers.  Enjoy it with a plate of fresh burrata or mozzarella, coupled with slices of apricot, basil, prosciutto, a dash of sea salt, and drizzled with olive oil and balsamic crema.  Also pairs well with a spinach salad with a strawberry vinaigrette, accompanied by a delectable piece of salmon roasted on a cedar plank.
