PR Carignane 2018

Our 2018 Carignane opens with notes of subtle French oak and dried cherry.  Rich and smooth, this wine exhibits an essence of fresh shaved oak across the tongue with the dark fruit flavors building to a lush and elegant finish.  Decanting will further release aromas and enhance the flavor.  The creaminess of our Carignane lends itself to comfort food and rich saucy dishes – think braised oxtails, creamy polenta with short ribs, or your favorite beef stew.
