Tasting notes
Our 2020 Merlot opens with notes of anise, cinnamon, and sweet tobacco. The initial mouthfeel is full and rich with hints of oak. Lush red fruit lingers across the tongue, giving way to a smooth and supple finish. Our estate Merlot is a beautiful food partner and will pair exceptionally well with short ribs, pork chops, and lighter meat dishes seasoned with herbs.
