PR Grignolino 2021

Our estate grown Grignolino was planted in 1974 on a 7-acre block.  Our 2021 Grignolino was bottled after 12 months of barrel aging to preserve its youthful red fruit and vibrant acidity.  It greets you with rich aromas of dark red cherry, fresh tea leaf, and spice.  Our Grignolino pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes. The vibrant red fruit flavors complement light pasta dishes, roasted poultry, and grilled vegetables, while the subtle spice notes make it an excellent match for charcuterie and mild cheeses.
