PR Grignolino 2021

Our 2021 Grignolino was bottled after 12 months of barrel aging to preserve its bright red fruit and vibrant acidity.  Youthful and light, it bursts with layers of ripe raspberry!  The finish is delightful with notes of black cherry, raspberry, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a hint of pepper.  Our Grignolino pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes. The vibrant red fruit flavors complement light pasta dishes, roasted poultry, and grilled vegetables, while the subtle spice notes make it an excellent match for charcuterie and mild cheeses.
