Violets, wild herbs, raspberries, prunes, tobacco and truffles can be found in the nose, and though our Nebbiolo is made to drink young, it still holds up to age with a medium body and extended finish.
Our Nebbiolo is crafted to pair with more subtle foods: great with a wild mushroom risotto and/or mustard-crusted pork tenderloin. Also a great match for full fat soft cheeses.
